“We” are MediSCEN and Transformational Health Systems.

MediSCEN is the oldest SCENAR business outside of Russia. The company was formed in 1998 with the agenda of helping the revolutionary Russian invention find its way to the world at large. Since that time, we at MediSCEN are committed to always keep you up-to-date on the latest developments in the SCENAR world, make the best SCENAR models easily available to you, and provide the level of training adequate to ensure that you utilize the SCENAR technology to its full potential.

We pride ourselves with the fact that over all these years we managed to retain the status of independent experts in the field. We have the ability to work with and access to all makes and models of SCENAR/COSMODIC – but we offer you only the selected ones that we’ve found to be the best. The ones that best represent the TRUE SCENAR.

In January 1998 in the Bahamas MediSCEN hosted the first SCENAR training program outside of Russia conducted by the RITM team – Dr. Alexander Revenko and Dr. Yuri Gorfinkel, the legend of the SCENAR world. For Dr. Yuri it was his last program – he passed away three months after the event. Irina Kossovskaia MD, PhD, D.N.M, our President, as well as the hostess and the interpreter at that historic program that introduced SCENAR to the Western world, has lately agreed to release the tapes made at that event. We believe, these are the only tapes ever made of Dr. Yuri’s trainings...

As SCENAR is dynamically changing and evolving, so do we as a business. Two other complementary energy technologies (the Soft Laser and the Solaris Blanket) have lately joined SCENAR in the concept that is known as The Healing FUSION. The FUSION laid foundation for the entire comprehensive healthcare model based on self-care (which we fondly call “Home School your Health Care”).

Reflecting those changes, MediSCEN has grown into Transformational Health Systems – a business that represents a joint venture between MediSCEN and Soft Laser Associates, with Dr. David Gawain as its President.

MediSCEN’s head office is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, “the prettiest little town in Canada”, as it is often called. Transformational Health Systems are based in the Thousand Islands area of Canada (actually, it is over 1800 islands, but we never could count exactly), with other locations throughout the USA. Our team is “gone virtual” and physically gets together mostly only for our quarterly Transformational Health Systems Conferences, which we organize in various parts of the world (you can find out more about those events at www.ourfusionconference.com).

When you come to one of those conferences, you will meet Irina and David, Jeanne, Tanya, Kody, Enoch and our other team members – but more importantly, you will meet the Transformational Health Systems community. This dynamic, vibrant and quickly growing community is really what WE are all about.

Irina Kossovskaia is a Doctor, a Scientist, a Teacher, a Writer and a Public speaker. A former top eye surgeon and Professor in a Medical Academy in Russia, she is also the author of 36 separate research studies and a successful inventor that holds patents in 10 different countries. Furthermore, Irina has education and experience in practical psychology and public relations. In North America, Irina is a practicing Doctor of Natural Medicine. Her Health Center is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, Canada.

In 1996 Irina was introduced to integrative medical research in bioenergy and informatics conducted within the Russian space research program (SCENAR technology), which heightened her interest in holistic and energy medicine. She joined the original SCENAR research team and later pioneered the SCENAR movement outside of Russia. In 1998, keeping with her pioneering spirit, Irina directed the first International SCENAR training program that took place in the Bahamas.

Being often called “The First Lady of SCENAR”, Irina continues to work closely with the originators of SCENAR in Russia facilitating the development of this revolutionary technology while bringing her knowledge to Western Medicine. Irina is closely affiliated with ISTA (International SCENAR Technology Association) and is an ISTA Registered Master Trainer. She is the author of many publications on SCENAR and a moderator of One_Medicine - a public forum discussing various Energy medicine modalities. Irina’s landmark work 'The Scenar Fair' is considered to be the industry standard and serves as the ultimate guide in the SCENAR world for any practitioner or layman.

Irina's ongoing research has an objective of finding the best combination of energy technologies that can be used for self-healing. Irina is an established world authority on the efficacy of the various SCENARs on the market and one of the world's foremost experts on self healing devices. She continues to maintain a rigid stance of impartiality with regard to the complex technologies that she is continuously evaluating. Irina’s reputation as an independent expert in the field allows her to provide consumers with invaluable guidance in locating true value among the various Self-Healing Technologies in the marketplace. She is convinced that, if given right tools, we can get back the power to heal and regenerate - as we were designed to do.

Irina developed a comprehensive education program in Transformational Health Coaching, which incorporates using various complementary healing modalities for self-care, as well as in professional practice. Various modules of this program have been taught across North America over the past five years. In 2006 Transformational Health Coaching has been accredited as a Diploma course with the College of International Holistic Studies (CIHS). Irina's presentations and seminars on the topic are well known on both continents.

A dynamic and sought after presenter, Irina uses her skills during frequent public speaking engagements. Her topics include a broad range of health issues surrounding proactive client-directed health system and 'Healthcare by Self Care'. Irina's lectures, teleconferences, webinars and training programs have been distributed on CDs and DVDs worldwide, as well as her books and articles.
